Assistant Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead our cafe bar. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the view
• Lead and motivate the team
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage stock, rotas, and opening/closing procedures
• Interviewing
• Cover kitchen when needed

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on, positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
